Welcome to my Cocoa Wonderland!! My name is Leslie Miorana and I am currently a special education elementary school teacher and have been for the last 4 years. Before that I worked in various positions throughout the service industry for nearly 20 years. Cooking has been my passion since I was a little girl and have spent a lot of family time either in the kitchen helping or enjoying together time around a meal. I was raised by both Italians and Cajuns. I truly feel like I got the best of both worlds of old school food traditions. I have made my cocoa as a holiday must have as a way to give hundreds of gifts inexpensively to the people I love and to show them all how much I appreciate them. This past year I really thought about the possibilities that my cocoa has by expanding to flavors you could never before get in the stores. Through that process I created this novel idea of the non coffee shop, where customers are the creators of their cocoa destiny. I provide all the hot liquids, fine powders blends, chip mixers to enhance flavoring, variety of marshmallow toppings, and a little garnish for lagniappe!!
